no you can't. Fitment is way different

 

No, but you can get high compression piston for a d16 easy.

 

just use a pm7 piston for high compression and if you wanted to get a bigger overbore you could get an oversized piston, id just use the pm7 and stick to that.

I believe the ITR piston fits an 84 mm bore and the D16 is only 75, the biggest bore I've heard of in a D series was 79 and it was a sleeved block.
