hello, i have a 91 civic, with a b16a1, I've been trying to get rid of this timing issue i have. i check the timing (jump wires on passenger side), and checked the timing with the idle 750, and its right on, but kind of jumps back and forth about .5 mm from the white line, theres also some vibration on acceleration between 2k-4k, I have new plug wires, distributor cap/rotor, plugs. Any ideas ??, any suggestions would really help, thanks.
