Nope, I asked this a while back if you search. They believe bras are ugly in Japan.

I have just sent an email to an aftermarket car bra company that advertises "Dont see your car? Let us know and we will make it!" I will post up what I hear back from them. If they write back saying they can do it, it might be a good idea to do a group buy, since it will cut down on overall cost per item. But we will see. If I do not hear from them by tuesday, I will call them and inquire that way.

You serious?

Yeah, it's to help prevent rock chips, bugs, etc. Definately not for looks...

Well I got in touch with a few car bra manufacturers. Most refuse to make it. However, one company may be interested in making it for production. The company is Colgan Custom Car Bra's. Their production manager, Gary, is going to call me tomorrow to discuss the possibility further.

I will still be contacting more companies, in case Colgan decides not to produce it. It would be GREAT though if Colgan made it, since it would be lower cost due to larger scale production than a custom "one shot" deal, and that they also offer color-matching.

I will post more information as it is available.

I make one!!

It will be released this week.

Clear plastic protection that is permanent, nearly invisible, non-yellowing, and still easily removable. Protect your vehicle and look good too! None of the downsides of traditional 'bras' (e.g. look ugly, flap in the wind and scratch things, get dirt underneath and scratch things, tear the fasteners at speed, cloud the paint if it gets wet, have to be removed and installed all the time and kept very clean, etc.).

Specially designed, computer cut kit just for our cars! Fit is guaranteed. Everything you need to install it yourself, or you (or your shop) can order them from me, and have an installer put it on in your area. Much better and probably a lot cheaper than a 'cut-to-fit' job at a tint shop, with no risk of razor blade cuts in your precious paint!

I'm going to be offering an introductory promo for a limited time. Dealer inquiries invited.

Stay tuned for full details, or PM me if you are ready to buy to get your order in the queue!

In SoCal there are some mobile tint shops that also install 3M clear bras. If there's not one already made for your car then they'll cut away at a piece of oversized film as they install it for proper fitment.

O.K., let me get this straight,........so it's permanent, but still easily removable?

Hahahahaha, now that's funny.

it's a static cling that holds EXTREMELY well, but is easy to take off at the same time, while leaving no residue behind. we use them on all of my families hot rods. i highly recommend them.

Yes, It's both!!

I know it's hard to believe for you jaded H-T skeptics, but adhesive technology has come a long way.

I'm sure I'll have to waste some and take pictures of it being removed to prove it, but I gladly will. Thanks for your feedback.

It is designed to be a 'permanent' installation. That is, to last several years, and not to need replacing. You can wash it, wax it, polish it, drive it in the rain, and run it at 150 mph. Pressure wash close along the edges can peel it a little, but you shouldn't be pressure washing good paint that close anyway.

If it does get dingy, impact dinged, or bug stained, or you want to take it off for any reason, you can. Without scraping it off with a scraper, using a heat gun, or any other extreme or potentially damaging measures. It peels off, usually in one piece, and it won't harm the paint - new or used - as long as the paint is fully cured before it's installed.

Full deets will be up in a couple of days! Please Stay Tuned!
