Default clearance issues with ITR crank and rods in a b16b?

I'm thinking about throwing a type r crank and rods into my b16b. would i run into problems with the pistons hitting the valves because of the different rods? also do you guys know how much compression i would have after doing this?

I think that would cause a problem. B18 deck height is slightly taller than a B16.

As for the compression, http://www.c-speedracing.com

b16B uses a p72 block, same as a b18c

You'll basically just have an ITR motor with CTR pistons, which has been done many times. You shouldn't have any valve-to-piston clearance issues, and compression will be somewhere in the low 12's (depending upon who you ask).
