ok im swapping a b16a into a crx si and i have a question about the 90-93 iintegra axels/intermediate shaft for the swap...

do i need to modify them for them to fit or will they just fit right in?

 

just did a first gen. b16a swap yesterday on a 89 crx, integra axles and shaft is perfect for the swap.(note) you will have to unbolt one one the nuts to fit the axle into place, because the integra axle is too big. plus i had trouble putting on the driver side axle into the shaft, just have to move the axle around to fit perfectly, no biggy... hope this helps u

will any b-series shift linkage work with this swap?

or do i need custom linkage?

 

You will need a custom linkage. Or you can cut the B-series one, just not sure how much.

 

Custom linkage, or a JDM SiR shift linkage for an EF.
