my car is shooting oil out of the exhaust, bumper and license plate all dirty

Are you sure it oil? When you run real rich you get this black stuff all over the bumper

 

it can also be like dirty water...really carbon deposits mixed into the moisture that comes out the exhaust sometimes. At least that's what was happening on one of my tegs a couple winters ago.

Try putting a pan or bucket back there, and test it to see if it's oil for sure.

 

I concure, same thing was happening to my EF with 150k than it blew so good luck.
