Bad-news:
First: Roebling Road: Booked through 2005, I am on the list for 2006! So we could have dates for next year. http://www.roeblingroad.com/

CMP is open for November 19-20th 2005 and the 26th-27th weekends and also has track time in Dec. I think 19th and 20th would work best since it is just before Thanksgiving. Track event would be sat. and sunday and Drivers school will be less then $300.00! This time would also fit in perfect with the dates of Nopi in Sept to finalize all with the event.

So, I need to figure out if we can get $3,500 to hold the event and if we can get 50 drivers to come. I am working with fellow We-Todds on the Webpage and Registration and should have that up if people want to do this event.

I would need to get $3,500 dollars 2 weeks after (I) sign the contract.

The other option is to set-up The We-Todd event for 2006 and start working on it now.

P.S.- Price of less then $300.00 would include (Camping, Track 2days, Workers, BBQ, Flat-bed/Medical/ex and Insurance for all persons at event (including hosts).

This is an awsome deal, because of the cost and we are covered with insurance and medical equipment.

I might be down with Migs also. What's the weather going to be like? Would be RA1's be ok if it's super cold or would I need new tires? This looks like it could be bigger than Expo 5

 

whats the weather like at that time of year since many of us would be camping. camping at Expo 5 was much colder than expected (upper 40s at night, with a few rain/tstorms) and it wasnt a welcome surprise, unless you are Rob with a heater lol.

No joke, I'll have the heater this time! I tested it out and can crank up the temps in the tent to 95deg if necessary, even if it's sub 50deg outside

Last time I was in Columbia SC it snowed late dec/early jan i believe '99-'00.

Enough for everyone to freak out, which is exactly the same amount where no one notices its snowing in Chicago.
