Default -Balljoint replaced, now pulling to side??

I replaced the passenger lower ball joint, however it now pulls slightly to the left.

Do I need to get an alignment done?

yeah, ball joints are coned to each other. old ones will suck in more then new ones. when you put a new one that is not worned out you should get it aligned
