I want to know if I can take a older bumper with the two circle lights and bolt it right into a 97 del that doesnt have them. I really like those two inner circle lights but the 96-97 doesnt have them. Is there a place or room for mounting the lights to the car too?

The bumpers bolt right up. As for the lights, they're pretty small and there is space in the '96-'97s to put 'em.
