do you want to replace it because it is leaking??? if so you can try to reseal those first it could save you a bunch of money...

To take those out is pretty simple, remove all the lines then remove the hold down bolts i believe there are 4 12mm bolts..
If you want to try reseal get accum o-ring from dealer, remove lower plugs from modulator, clean, apply a good coating of HONDA-BOND on threads put all back together , replace accumm o-ring, reinstall in car make sure you bleed abs system properly .you might want to read up on the procedure
