MoT Failed

MoT/emissions Failed
Hi!
Today I have failed emissions test with my EK4, B16A2. Reason CO gases.
- 3.000 RPM - CO: 0,03 -PASSED
- Idle - CO: 4,5! -FAILED (Should be max. 0,5)
Mechanics told me 3 options:
O2 sensor (but I don't get CEL)
CAT (I don't get any smell or ratlling)
Injectors (this ones should be OK according to normal MPG and smoth acceleration even from 1.500 RPM).
The engine isn't moddified. It has about 90k miles (150k km). The only thing worth mentioning is the O2 sensor cables, which were cut and than soldered together again. It's interesting that I failed at idle measurement.
