Default Blown head - opportunity?

Well like my previous post stated I toasted at least one valve, probably an exhaust valve. I am for sure having my engine rebuilt. I thought since my engine is getting pulled apart anyways I may as well upgrade some internals. The Job is costing 1000 (750US) bucks (Depening on whether there is piston scorn on the cylinders etc) I was considering some JDM pistons, what else would you guys recomend replacing in the engine? I have about 2000 CAD (1500US) to spend.

I'm looking for more HP and hopefully a stronger motor.

You need to decide those things for yourself. We go through this all the time, and pretty much what you want us to do is have us recommend parts and you go buy them. Research, Learn and know what you are buying! Best of luck with your rebuild if its really that bad....

That would most likely cost you a few thousand USD$.

Intake, cams, header, exhaust, ECU w/tuning, headwork, CTR pistons (if not sleeved to 84mm), camgears, injectors, FPR, and maybe a few other odds and ends ...

Well, you asked!

Oh, wait. You only seem to have bent a valve or two.
On the other hand, just have the head removed and replace the bent pieces and timing belt.
