Hondata ??

What have people used what are the specs? Pros cons?

Anr, dtr, rmf, smsp, hytech, there are alot of header threads, and good header tests, all you gotta do is search Also, get rid of those springs and retainers, there have been alot of issues with the springs breaking.

 

Everyone seems to like different ones but make sure you consider the most important part, ground clearance. You don't want to buy a $800-$1200 exhaust manifold and have it damaged.

I have a DTR-Fab for this reason, well that and Danny is a great guy to do business with.

 

you can get a itr header without spending a small fortune for something like hytech, etc.

 

what all has hapend with them springs. How about crower spring and retainers ? i know i search read alot but still not getin enough.

There have been issues with skunk2's springs breaking, as in the coils shearing off. I have had good luck with portflow, omnipower, and rocket motorsports springs and retainers.
