tokicko illumina 5 ways how do i adjust them

i have the tokickos in a 94 sedan civic. i was lookin at the coilovers on the car and have no idea on how to adjust them. what tools do i need to adjust them and what are the steps i have to take to adjust them. any information would help. pictures if possible. thank you

im assuming if you cant figure out how to adjust them, youre missing the red adjuster *****. if you dont have them, call tokico, they will send you new adjusters FREE.
