The GT1 or the orange car?

The orange car uses 17x9 +63 up front and 17x9 +40 in the rear.

you sure they are 17"? they will rub the suspension arms. Everyone gets 18x10's because they just clear the suspension.

I don't think 17x10's would fit.

is there even a 15" wheel that fits the S2000? I don't think I have heard of anyone putting one on. wouldn't clear the brakes in the front i don't think... not sure about the back.

the widest im able to find (and the one i liked) are BBS 18x8 fornt 18x9.5 rear. im not sure if these would rip out my fenders cuz my cars lowered. And the tires would also be much wider than stock.

I am pretty sure they will hit the suspension or be so far sticking out that they look like a ghetto ride. :D

18x10 barely clears from what I am told.?? o well.... let us know once he gets them.

I think most people that have 10" wide use 73mm offsets which puts the inside right almost touching and the outside right at the lip.....285/35/18's (or 285/30/18 i forget) apparently do fit.

I'm running 10.5" wheels in the rear. Fit perfect. Lowered 1.5". cost me about $1100 per wheel.

That's as wide as you can go. else, it'll rub on the inside or the outside.

with the stock 16" there are still plenty of gap between the brake and the rims
there shouldnt' be any problem with fitting in a pair of custom fat 15" rim for drag racing

you can use anything including the spare wheels rim at the front. I think the factory tyres should be replace with these as they are only rated to 80kph.

I hope you were not thinking that I do circuit work with these 15" tyres

i don't think there is enough room in the front. there is barely enough space between the caliper and wheel

nishant, I wasn't intending to get 15" for the front, just the rear. There is no need to do this. I think you guys misunderstood me.

I will get some sort of slim wheels for the front for weight saving

So what is the widest you can go with the 15" REAR rims?

Lets see if the s2k chassis is strong enough to produce this

ahh now i understand. i can see the benefit for drag. i would assume widest would be 10 without doing some quarter panel work
