Have any of you guys seen this car around? on my way back from sacramento i saw an ACURA EL-S. it had the exact body of a 01-present civic except the front bumper had a different grill. it still had the 01-03 headlights and the tail lights that are on the trunk were different. the rest of the car looked the same. just curious if nanyone knew the specs on it i looked in the archived but nothin came up. i also googled andnuthin came up thanks .

also sometimes when a company wants to test out a new car that hasn't been released yet, they will attempt to disguise it by covering up parts or using mix matched parts.
Too bad you didn't get a pic, maybe some magazine would pay you for a spy shot of an acura unreleased car.

 

that wasnt the car in cliffjumper2's post .it looks just like a 2003 honda civic with a different front end bumper but with the same headlights. it had the same taillights on the sides but the lights on the trunk were shaped different. so basically it was a 2003 civic with a diff bumper and trunk. i pulled up next to it on the freeway and then it started going about 95 so i couldnt folloe it anymore.

reminds me of a volkswagen i saw the other day. it looked just like the late model Jetta but it said Bora on the trunk, and also said 20v on the trunk. isnt that a german Jetta?
