99 Honda Accord Coupe
I have a 99 Accord Coupe (V6), when the weather gets hot it will not start. It will turn over but not start completly. If it does start it will quickly die. I have thought the problem could be with the distributer or in the fuel system. Any Ideas???
You may want to check and see if the fuel pressure regulator has been replaced. If memory serves me right there was what was called a "Hot soak kit" from the dealer. It had a different fpr and some other small stuff in it. The kits fairly cheap and easy to install. I would look at this first.
^^^ interesting I've never heard of that until now.
I was thinking main relay also - although when my main relay was no good it would NEVER start when hot, I never got a start & quickly die condition as described here.

maybe be a bad ignition switch, when car starts and dies right away try holding key in slightly off the staring position ..also i think honda had a recall on those ignition switches but it was because you could remove key while car was in drive
