i have a 2000 civic sir. the engine is a 95 gsr bottom end with the b16 head port and polished with minor bolt ons. my question is as soon as i hit around 5000rpm it just bogs out, vtec hits but it doesnt go anywhere it just stumbles??
any help would be appreciated
