Hey guys, I just bought an Ipod2Car adaptor for my factory head unit. My head unit has the cd player located near the cup holder by the shifter. The ipod2car adaptor included a harness for my head unit, I just want to make sure it is the correct one before I go an open the package

The harness included plugs into the back of my factory head unit. The harness connects via 8 pin round plug

The link above is a pic of pretty much the exact same thing I have with the exact same 8 pin round plug. My question is if that is the correct connection to the factory head unit? I'm pretty sure the factory head unit uses the round plug but better safe than sorry. Thanks guys!
