I'm currently in the market for one of these. Recently I installed a Fluidyne rad with a 14" fan filled with 80% water and 20% coolant and a full bottle of Water Wetter. It seems to still be running the same temp as my stock radiator for some reason, so hopefully this will help it?

Anyone know a place that has it less than $50?

are youusing the stock temp guage? the stock one is not accurate down to the degree, so you should get an aftermarket mechanical guage and know for sure.

You should use their thermostat as well. I got mine from inline four. They will show a difference on your gauge.

 

i ran a spoon thermostat with a spoon fan switch and a fluidyne and i was over kill. the big radiator should be enough, maybe the fan switch too.
