Rev's on an RSX Type S
Those of you with a Type S, what do you redline at? (if you have a cutoff)
I can go up to 8500rpm, but I was wondering if theirs any point in doing that? All I have is a cold air. Is it better to shift at 7900 or bring it up to 8500?

well if theres no power after 7900 then i guess you could shift then.
my cousins stock 04 WRX has a redline of like 7K something but beyond 6K theres no boost so he shift then so he can get continuous boost.
of course his car is turbo charged so im probably wrong.
but hondas like to be revved so i dunno.

peak power with the reflash (which i assume u have already) is made at 8000. so there's no point to rev it any higher than 82 or 83.
and one more thing. everyone had a cutoff. u can't NOT have a cutoff
