Power Steering oil cooler .. anyone see any benifits in this modification?

All hondas come from the factory with a power steering cooling. If the fluid over heats the steering can have a lot of play in it and feel spongy. This is the small bar looking thing that sit's in front of your radiator or a/c condensor.
