Default GReddy SP2 vs. Apex'I N1

Note: I've got a 4-door so my options are VERY limited.

I like the soundclip I got off the SP2, and I had an N1 on my old Eclipse and it sounded pretty nice as well.

I'm wondering performance and sound-wise which is the best of the two, the SP2 seems to look a lot better on the Integras (especially 4-doors) compared to the N1 I'm just wondering about the performance aspect of it. I really like the buddy club exhaust as well but I'd probably have to fabricate a custom test pipe to ensure fitment since the piping isn't built for the 4-doors.

Opinions?

N1 in my opinion and it should be true....it has more flow then SP2, which mean most of the time more power at high end. SP2 is a straight through design also, but it's more muffled, so you'll loose flow, not exactly a bad thing because of more back pressure, but yah...SP2 probably had a deeper tune to it...I vote greddy sp2...i'm gettin one!

I decided on neither actually. Well possibly the GReddy SP2.

There's this company that the shop here has started working with named Vibrant, they make a 3" Turboback titanium exhaust that fit's my 4-door and since I'm boosting in like 3 months I figured why waste the money now and just wait and get a turboback.

Granted I want to do more research on the company before being sold on it, so plans now are still the GReddy SP2 and then just having custom 3" and a testpipe done when I boost.

Anyone heard of Vibrant? Good bad ugly?

who says the N1 sounds like ****, i give props on the sp2 but my vote would have to go to the Apexi N1, it produces the perfect sound when driving not too loud or quite (perfect) then it roars like a mother when racing with a test pipe and 4-1 header setup. apexi N1

the SP2 isn't straight through, it's chambered. scale of noise from quietest to loudest is chambered -> twin loop -> straight through, while power usually goes in the opposite.

my SP1 just died after a few years, spitting out fiberglass and rattling to ****.

it's a good exhuast, but i bought an apexi N1 instead after that.

I love my N1 it has a really nice tone and its not that loud... I drove my buddy Teg today and hes has the Tanabe Super Racing Medallion and it literally hurt my ears to drive it.
