MY CAR WAS FINE ALL THIS TIME AND ALL NIGHT.. I WENT OUT TO GET GAS AND AS I GOT THIER MY CAR CLUTCH WENT RIGHT TO THE FLOOR NO PLAY IN IT OR ANYTHING.. LOSE AS HELL AND I CHECKED UNDER NEAR THE CLUTCH PETAL AND I DIDNT SEE NOTHING WRONG.. I SEEN THE CABLE TO THE CLUTCH ALL THE WAY UP UNDER TOUCHED IT AND IT STILL WAS A LIL TIGHT BUT PETAL STILL WENT TO THE FLOOR.. I WENT UNDER THE HOOD AND WHERE MY BATTTERY IS WHERE U CAN ADJUST THE CLUTCH IM GUESS THE LIL TWIRLY THING.. WHATEVER ITS CALLED WAS BROKEN IM GUESS THE TIGHTNER.. BUT I CHECKED THE CABLE AND WHERE IT MEETS THE TRANY I PULLED THE CABLE AND IT DDINT COME DOWN SOO ITS STILL CONNECTED.. ITS SOMETING I THINK TO DO WITH THE TWIRLY TIGHTNER.. IF ANYONE KNOW WHATS COULD BE WRONG.. PLEASE POST OR EMAIL ME AT PIMPINCIVIC17S@YAHOO.COM.. THANKS IN ADVANCED
It still might be the cable, take it off and inspect it. Something similar happened to me and the cable didn't look snapped.

the spring is fine... i checked that.. i checked the cable and it doesnt seem snaped.. how would i deff know tho.. i cant pull it out from bottom.. but i do know the lil twirly cable tentioner thing near batter snapped and ithnk thats y its not tight bc i can pull on the cable from bottom trans the end and the petal gets tight.. what do u think?
If i understand you right your saying the the tentioner broke right. If thats the case remove cable from the tranny and the try to pull the cable out if you can then you know that the cable snapped. If thats not the case then you need to remove the tranny and find look at the throw out bearing plessure plate disc and so
