Rolling Rocker Arms?
Well somehow by either the fault of my mechanic or by the grace of God my rocker arms are shot. I have a Stage 2 Comp Cam installed on my D16Y8 with all proper accessories (springs/retainers) and they were installed by a professional mechanic.
So I am now having to replace the rocker arm assembly and someone mentioned to me that I might wish to get a "rolling rocker arm assembly" b/c it causes less friction and can free up a bit of power. Does anyone know anything about this and if so where I can find them and how much I would have to spend.
Thanks,

I never found any aftermarket companies that make them. I know my old vx (d15z1) head had them from factory. I'm not sure if the can be used in your motor though.
