good deal or not? trying to buy a prelude..
Yea not an amazing deal but worth it. I hate when cars are advertised as being "fuel injected". Carborators haven't been around since 87.

Sry, I was making a general guess about the carburetors. The last car with a carburetor that was sold in the US was the Subaru Justy (1990). (Most) European cars have been using carbs since 1980. (sry about the OT JG...wanted to clear that up).
I paid $11,000 for my 93 VTEC, so $15000 doesn't seem like a bad price to me. I'd haggle and bitch with them about the price adn then buy it. You don't see many preludes for sale with the OEM kit.
To tell the truth, I don't think you should pay more than 12K for that car dude. I paid 14K for my 97 Lude and it only had 45K on it when I bought it. That car has 62K and it's already considered a high-mileage car. My folks thought I got ripped for paying 14K for mine, if that tells you anything, but I wanted a Prelude more than anything. If you can get it down to 13K at the most then that's kool, if you're set on a Lude
what trim is the car? plus you have to realize that the car has a body kit on it so it probably has been in a race or too in its lifetime. i would consider those two factors in my decision. also you can use that to talk the price down.
not sure about prices in texas, but here in alabama, i've seen that gen prelude with similar mileage goin around 11 or 12k. I've actually seen some cheaper in the same mileage range and in great condition.
