i got a sohc i was woundring if 158,000 miles is to much to boost 5-7 psi?

buddy, you need to realize you are driving a honda, anything can be done to those D-series engines w/ enough tlc

i read a thread a while ago about a guy who drove 30k w/ a thrown rod...didnt even barly notice anything!

 

sohc will last forever lol

 

tune it good and you should be ok as long as your motor didnt have a hard life
