HELP!!! Water!!!
ok. i left my windows open the other day and we had a small storm come thro... everything in my car got soaked.. after trying to dry everything out.. i drove to work the next day... my front speakers started to turn off.. then the back speakers went down.. i turned my stereo off and went to work.. on the way home from work i tried to turn it on and the stereo wouldn't even turn on... anyone know whats wrong with it besides for the fact that it got wet.. Ive tried pulling the deck and drying it off (with a hair dryer) but no luck. any help would be nice.. and i would like to know if im gonna need to replace all of my speakers as well as the deck. thanks for any help i can get.

</TD></TR></TABLE> What kind of "small storm" gets your HU wet? that said, [or asked] if your HU got wet inside, it's a good bet it's not even going to make a good boat anchor, same for the speakers, a little water, [specially soft rain water] on the cones will not hurt them, but water on the connections or in the VCs is not a good thing, you will need to pull them and check them.
