Meaning the head is completly bare and not a single hose or anything is attach to it. cam gears, camshafts. manifold, head studs, vtec selenoid all off. I tried lifting it off with with my hands but wont budge. what am i forgetting?

Tap on it with a rubber mallet

It shouldn't take much to break it loose... check over it again and make sure there aren't any more bolts or brackets holding it on there.

There is nothing actually holding the head to the block besides the head bolts themselves. Provided they are all removed, the head should come off. You could try bolting one of the manifolds on with a few bolts for some leverage so that you can rock the head loose. By the way, what kind of motor is it. B-series DOHC motors have multi-layer steel head gaskets. And these types of gaskets don't tend to adhere the head to the block.

try using a small putty knife under the coner edges of the head but be careful not to gouge the block
