is it safe to run .25 over in 12.5.1cp ls block

Default is it safe to run .25 over in 12.5.1cp ls block
yea im wondering if its safe to run a 82mm bore over the stock 81 mm in the ls block with 12.5.1 cp in a ls vtec.. that will probably only see about 8500 with a full block girdle.. thanks alot!

CP has 0.50mm over.

Good bore and hone ranges from $125 to 175.

Proper honing requires overstroking it and if your guy is not used to honda's it's hard to avoid some taper.

82mm is max on ls block you should be fine with good tuning.

thanks alot man! i thought it was gonna be safe.. so no more than 82.. other than that sleeve it... umm how much are 84 mm sleeves anyone know?

sleeves i think are around $500 - $600 and installation depending on where u go should be around $700 - $900.... correct me if i'm wrong guys....
