I have a 91 accord ex and have 2 questions. First off, what mechanism is on the shoulder seat belt. Does it lock up from yanking on the seat belt, or does it lcok up from the car stopping? I know those are the 2 common types but if I yank on mine it doesnt lock up. And my a/c blows slightly cool air. It is no cold, but not as hot as when I turn the a/c off. Should I try to fill it up with some freon or have someone look at it?

 

Goto to honda and tell them that you want your ac recharged and that you want them to warranty your seatbelts.

 

All SRS components (belts, airbags, etc.) are warrantied for life. And you can recharge your A/C with a $30 kit from your local parts store. Some even come with instructional DVDS.
