the layout is ok, the graphics are bad.... just use a simple text nav if you can't pull off nice buttons.

i would cut the song down to a couple of seconds or a minute..it gets annoying after a while imo.

Smaller buttons I agree with, and move them a little higher. It's not really 1024x768 friendly since there are scroll bars before you hit the main content. Other than that, it's the photography that matters and your pics are great

makes the site look good instead of generic.

everything else looks good cept the buttons and the navigation menu background color, id match that to the foreground and go with a text style nav menu.

i think resized pictures within the galleries or even thumbnails might work better than having the full sized shots in there.

excellent photography btw

a page full of black and white 200x200 thumbs with colour rollovers would be sweet... like 5 across and 5 down...

i used to do that stuff in high school but i totally forget rollovers

something like this, with the arrows being autoscrollers, you select an image, and when clicked it'll show up above in a table... this is just kinda a layout thing, if that's what you gonna go with i'll do something good.
