ok first off i searched, and never got a real straight forward answer all u find is people with bad panels and the trek towards bondo.. But anyway, what happened is someone hit right above the tailight on the car. the dent is about as big as my thumb, and now rust is starting to form. Its very minor and i want to get rid of is as soon as possible. What steps do i need to take. I don't have the money for the body shop, but i'm usually good at DIY, so any info is very appreciated. Thanks
