earl scheib paint.
this was a shelf color they had on the wall, its almost the exact same color as the car was stock, so i didnt bother. its maybe got a TAD more blue now then green, but when you open the doors its pretty hard to tell unless you are really looking for something like that.
Hey! I thought I was the only one who got a decent paint job from Earl Schieb! Your car looks good bro! Here's mine from 5 years ago:

Was yours the PRO 3 Package? I'm considering going back there, I paid $400 with minor body work included.

yea it was the PRO 3. they were having some april special and tossed in a free rental for a day.all the prep work was included and i had 2 dings removed from the hood that tacked on another 40 bucks to the price. i've had really good luck at this SCHEIB, this is my second car that they have painted. its in garden grove CA
I got my ef paint at a earl scheib and I was so mad. The painted my windshield wiper, i had crazy over spray, and it started to pill in like 4 weeks. I know it isn't all earl schiebs but you have to be careful.

wow looks like you got a good paint job, i got mine from earl schibe in san diego.....it looked good at 1st then about a few months later the paint looked like ****(i got the pro 3 and followed the washing instructions, still looked like ****) hope yours stays clean
I got my car painted at the Earl Scheib in Torrance (on Western). I got the top of the line with "euro clear" and 6 year warranty. I stripped the car myself which is a big factor but they got overspray on my exhaust and rims. I managed to get it off though with paint remover. The paint looks good but is not durable at all. They mix their own paint and they didn't use enough clear coat. My paint gets damaged very easily from tree sap and bird droppings. Also, the paint will wear off in the areas behind the wheels. I use this car as a daily driver/beater so I don't really care as long as it looks 1/2 decent. If you plan on keeping the car for a long time or are picky about your paint/bodywork, I suggest going elsewhere and spending a bit more. Overall for the $ I can't complain too much. The car looks much better than when I got it.
I had my old Camaro done by them in 94 at their Las Vegas location for $250 with a rental. Looked good then, and I am looking at getting it done on my 88 Hatch here in a few months. Good to hear and see they are still doing quality work for cheap!
