HELP: is there any difference between tracer and c-west front bumpers??

i was looking for a c-west front bumper for cheap when i stumbled upon a tracer front bumper that looked exactly the same, and for a lot cheaper (not from the links). Are these two bumpers exactly the same?? if not what are the differences??

tracer = c-west knockoff... cheaper quality, cheaper fitament.

Any 12 year old + could figure that out.
