Default Sleeved D16y8 block or Stock H22a4 open deck with block guard?

Which one can handle more power? I believe D16 not unless someone can prove me wrong. Do you agree.

Someone better not reply that I just answered my own question. I just need your support and combined knowledge. So I could finally decide what to do and sleep, then blow all my money tomorrow.

Depending on the type and quality of the sleeves, it will depend. But I'm gonna say the sleeved d16, then again, I'm biased.
