Default HELP!! All gauges dead! Car won't start! 95hatch w/gsr

Here's the situation. I have a 95 Civic hatchback with a 95 Integra Gsr swap. Everything was working fine. No codes. Vtec pulled hard. Perfect. Then, one day all my needles just died on my gauges. The lights on the cluster behind the gauge faces weren't iluminating. Turn signals don't work, just hazards. I can't even make my check engine light turn on. Tac, speedo, gas, temp...all dead. And my tail lights don't light up. Then, a couple days later, the cluster lights up and the tail lights, still nothing else, but now my air fuel gauge, shift lights n turbo gauge don't work too. WTF? (turbo gauge used to be hooked up when i was supercharged, but power still goes to it.) So, all of that won't light up n e more. Furthermore, now my car won't start. I'm sure it is just my starter that finally crapped out tho. It's been giving out.

But, the main prob, my cluster n gauges.

I've checked all my fuses. I've checked my engine grounds. I dunno what's up. I have the Honda Civic book that Honda uses, the big green one, n it has all the wiring diagrams + i have other print outs of more detailed wire diagrams, so I am about to get started on all that. What else? Bad relay or relays? N e thing would help. Thanks.

check you battery, make sure there is no corrosion build up. From there I'd check the alt.

i'm not that concerned with the car not starting right now so much as my instrument cluster being dead n my other gauges too. the starting prob is my starter. it's been crapping out for a few months n prob just took a dump n died finally.

Did you check your fuse box? A similar occurance happened with our H22 '94 Hatchback, and the Oxygen Sensor was grounding out, causing the Fuel Pump fuse to 'pop'

So we took the radio fuse (they're both 15) and replaced it into the Fuel Pump fuse location, and it got us home at least.

Check your Fuse Box... And if that is the problem... Then comes the fun part: Checking where you're grounding out

Good luck.

i checked all my fuses. they're all good under the hood and under the dash. I don't think it is my ignition switch because my fuel pump wouldn't turn on if I had a bad one. My fuel pump works and the car runs fine when I push start it. So my starting problem is probably just the starter.

DOES N E 1 KNO WHY ALL MY INSTRUMENT GAUGES ARE DEAD? GAS, TEMP, TAC, SPEEDO =DEAD.

Will a bad main relay effect the cluster?

Your fuel pump may not necessarily be affected by a bad ignition switch. Mine was shorting out & would kill the guages & guage lights, and would randomnly cause the car to die/not start until one day it finally went kaput on my way to work.

Forgive me for being retarded, I'm new to Hondas. But is that a newer front end mounted on the EG body? Or did they make one of that style from the factory?

Sorry can't help you with your problem.

Check all your grounds. Transmission as well as the block.
