wtf i cant log out, it says i am but im not

tried shutting down my computer and everything, still logged in
my friend wants to check his pms WTF?

double click, internet explorer, view, privacy report, settings, general.
Now in temporary internet explorer: delete, cookies, files, offline content. Signoff, forget your password and don't come back here again
