Default Car moves except when gas pedal is floored...wtf!

Hey guys I just completed my swap. Stock CRX 1.5 DX motor converted to MPFI. Compression is 210 across the board.

I'm having an issue though, the car runs fine except when I floor the gas pedal. When I do it makes a god-awful bog sound like i'm out of gas (I have a half a tank) and doesn't go anywhere. It's my daily so I don't need to floor the car but i'd like to iron this issue out regardless. I don't want to floor it in an emergency situation without thinking and bogging out

Any ideas?

I don't know, I had that problem once before, and when I changed my timing belt it went away. I could be completely wrong about this, but how long has it been since you changed your timing belt?

Again, I could be completely wrong about this.

Check the plugs to see if your going rich, what injectors are you using? Does it bog if you slowly bring it up to FWOT? Sounds more or less like a wiring issue, also, what ECU are you using?

I'm not exactly sure when the timing belt was last changed, I got the motor from a friend. I'll try slowly bringing it to WOT and see if it still does it. I'm using a stock CRX Si ecu (PM6).

when my car did it, it'd just get all flat sounding like a lawnmower and pop a little, only when i floored it though, when I hit the gas slow it'd be fine, but if I accelerated too quick, it'd do it.

You said you did the MPFI conversion. Check your TPS wiring, did you switch the two wires? Also, check your throttle cable.

Good thinking, checking the wiring was gonna be my next step but it got dark/rainy. Gonna check that tomorrow. Also i'm throwing code 10 which is for Intake Air Temperature. While that has nothing to do with this i'm trying to iron that out as well

Also to add:

The car throws ten straight fast beeps (i thought code 10 was a single slow one) 10 is IAT, anyone have the two pinouts so we can trace it from the ecu to the sensor?

Lastly, compression is 210 across the board, we are going to check the crank pully/cam gear for timing tommorow. Also, what is the correct sequence from left to right looking behind the plug for both map and tps.

well, my car would do this when my IAT was unplugged, so that could very easily be your problem.

That would be very nice! I'll have to trace the wiring and see what's going on with it tomorrow

Rewired the IAT and it stopped coding for that but now it's coding for EAC (code 14). Problem is still there

TPS is correct? running a PM6 ECU? (your DPFI ECU will not work)

Using a PM6 ECU...gonna check the TPS to make sure the wires are switched today

We simply re ran the IAC/EACV wiring from the sensor direct to the ecu. We did blue/yellow to pin A11, and A15 yellow/black#1. Now... it still codes, 1, 14,17 (o2, iac/eacv, VSS) yet the problem is all gone.
