how much does having a somewhat rare car (in my area at least) affect the price of a mid condition CRX?

would it be better for me to part it out?


theree is some work that needs done but perfect for a project car. rust starting in the rear wheel wells. fading red paint. 2inch tear in drivers seat side (from getting in and out) and bumper has some small damage (mostly just spider-webed paint) from hitting a DEAD deer at night on a highway....stupid deer

im selling it for sure. i just got a car, it needs some body work done, so after thats done i wont need the rex anymore to drive me around and it will be up for sale officially.

Just to give you an idea of whats it worth...
I live in Lake Placid where the coolest car you see is a bone stock integra, and I just bought a 89 CRX Si with a JDM Vis Racing Carbon Fiber Hood, 17" Konigs, and a JDM B16A swap. I only paid $2300 for my car and it's pretty sweet (Minus the paint job), so based on what you said I say the car is not worth very much at all.

 

well i wasnt thinking it would be worth too much. i was thinking around $1000 obo?

this that too much or am i lowballing myself?
