ok guys ive searched on this with no prevail. i have a 90 crx Si with a b16 swap. i have the hasport a/c bracket, and the d series ac parts. the problem is when i tried putting it all in, the fan wouldnt clear my dc sports header. i finally got it too cram in there, but the header and the fan are about 1/8 inch apart, and WILL make contact when engine is running. so i dont want the two to rub together, and also my pops said that the internals of the fan may be damaged by heat from the header.
1.is there a way to get a slimmer fan in there?
2. if so, will it be affected by the close range to the header?
3.if those are problems, can i get a pousher fan for the front?

i know some one here has to have a dc sports headerand ac working... pls help me
