i have a hlaf radiator on my b16 turbo and it overheats a little on really hot days because it doesnt get enough air....because of lack of hood space..i half a half rad with a slim pusher on it....now today i came accross a slim puller (Brand New for free) that will fit on the back...barely but it will fit.....wiill this help my problem...because ill hook the fan to a switch and run it at all times....just like the pusher..

Buy a fluidyne radiator and be done with it

 

Give the puller a try, if it still doesn't work you might wanna think about making some duct work or cutting a hole into your front bumper and funneling some air down into the radiator. If I have overheating issues with my B18C turbo this is what I might do. To make it less ghetto I'd line it with plastic or rubber and maybe put some chicken wire in there.
