89-90 CRX differences???
I am planning on doing a b16a swap on a CRX, I currently own a 1990 and I don't want to dump a b16a into this car cause the body sucks (rusted). I have the chance to buy a 1989 CRX at a good price and the body is great (interior is crap).
Other than the obvious rear disc, tranny spline count etc. What are the differences?? Are the hubs the same?? What differences will effect my swap??? Will the swap be identical to the 1990??
Any help is appreciated? I want a b-series badly!!!!!

Swap will be identical.
To elaborate:
If the 89 is an HF and the 90 is an HF then the swap will be identical. HF Requires SI or DX Brake Calipers and Hubs. I sourced some from a 91 Civic LX.
If the 89 is an SI or DX and the 90 is an SI or DX then the swap will be identical except the DX will require an upgrade to MPFI.
There are some differences between the years, however there are no differences as far as the swap goes besides those particulars.

Thanx, CRXTEME!!!
Good stuff.
They are both SI's and I have the B16a here and ready to go!!
With that I think I will pick up this other CRX and get this thing going!!
I think I will swap the disc's off the 1990, aswell as the interior. Then I'll have a part's car too.
I appreciate it!!!
