Blown JIC damper

Blown JIC FLT-A2 damper
Just wondering if anybody has had any luck getting these rebuilt, and how much was it, how long did it take?
Thinking about buying a new one and sending the blown one out for rebuild, then when/if I get it back I'll have a spare.
