I have a COMPLEATE B16 PR3 head off of my LS/Vtec.Only had the head on my car for about 4k before I got hit in the rear which caused my car to be totaled. The head is in GREAT condition. B16 will come with EVERYTHING needed to do an LS/Vtec.
