This has come up several times before, but it's pretty ricey.

 

My friend's NA SI's exhaust packing started glowing red and sparks were coming out during one spirited run down the freeway. That was pretty crazy.

ok, lets see..... if you have a powerfull turbo car that is really quick and you want to play around and scare people just make it run hella rich and you'll be able so shoot flames out of your exhaust. (i don't see the point tho)
if you have a semi fast or slow 4banger honda that is naturally aspirated and want to make everyone think you're fast by doing this, then you're right - this is a stupid question.
