need help with sensor on intake manfiold (ASAP)

Default need help with sensor on intake manfiold (ASAP)

ok.. heres the prob..
im going from a 99 B16A2 to a 98 JDM B18C

i have this sensor on my B16 intake manifold.. (red circle)



but i dont have it on my B18 manifold..



its easy to just say hey.. swap out the fuel rail.. but where would i mount this hose>? (blue rectangle)

why not just swap the whole intake manifold and fuel rail assembly??

because i dont see where any of those would go

the two manifolds aren't interchangeable.the two heads have different stud patterns for the manifold.
are you keeping this OBDII,or using an OBDI ECU?

jdm b18c sir-g right? hmmm... yeah the manifold won't fit. swap the fuel rail and t it off the intake manifold before the pcv.

that looks like an itr manifold on the b18c, if it is then its interchangable

I'm not real good with B16's and I don't have a manual, but I think that's an EVAP purge solenoid.

if i swap the fuel rails.. i wont have anywhere to put the hose.. (blue rectangle in the picture)

if it is,then it's still adapted to the C1 stud pattern(a Skunk2 mani for instance),and still won't fit in a B16 head.
...or does the original poster have an ITR engine?
