z6 question
ok i am hearing all over the place that you can get a z6 or y8 motor for 300-400 bucks well i have call all the juckyards and they all want 600 and up just for the motor that seems crazy. were can i pick one up with an ecu for 450 or so.

I got a guy down the street from me wanting to trade me 2 SOHC motors for some rims I got. One is a 00ex D16y8 the other is a 94 Z6. Both run w/trannys, you just gotta look around, there out there in garrages everywhare

it all depends on location.i've sold two Z6s for $150 each.
i doubt you'll find a junkyard selling them that cheap.need to find a private seller.
