Right now I don't have a front license plate on my teg cause they look like dung. The thing that I hate though is that the screw holes for the license plate are still visible on my bumper. Are there plugs or something that I could get from somewhere, that plug up the holes and match my car color? I thought I heard awhile ago from some friend that you can get em directly from the dealer, but I wasn't sure. Any info guys?

 

What color is your car?

I just took my old screws, spray painted them to match the color as best i could, then just screwed them right back in...worked great for me...

 

The color of my car is stock dark green. Thats a good idea to just paint the screws, but I want to get as close as possible to the original color. I'd probably end up buying 5 different shades of green before I found the right one that I was satisfied with. Any other ideas?

 

Go to autoZone, buy the scratch paint stuff....the spray kind....then paint your screws

 

you can get the plugs from the dealer...just go to the parts dept. and ask for them..they SHOULD be free. mine were

Cool....looks like I'll be going down to the dealership sometime this week. Lets hope that I won't get a huge *** ticket for not having a front license plate.

 

Just keep the plate under your passenger or driver's seat and if you get pulled over...tell them it fell off and you haven't had a chance to fix it....works here everytime. good luck
