could i just buy some high compression pistons for my b20? im going to be doing a b20 vtec build and i was wondering if i oculd go with a 10.5:1 or 11.5:1 cr piston? also would i have to get rods to? or can i pop the pistons onto the stock ones?!

know where i can find some pistons for a good price?

how much does a piston install usually cost?

I would go 11.5:1 cp pistons. You can use stock rods, but they will need to be slightly modded. Doesnt matter where you look cp pistons are about 450-600 depending on place of purchase. And to answer your last question, I dont know always did it myself.

EDIT: i see you didnt say cp piston you were talking about cr, sorry for the misunderstanding. CP is a good piston though.
